As our Technical Recruiter, you...
- are responsible for the hiring process from start to finish
- write and maintain job descriptions
- source candidates across different platforms such as LinkedIn
- reach out to candidates to get them excited about the opportunity to work for Movu
- work with third-party recruiters on some of the positions to secure talent
- coordinate meetings with hiring managers and gather feedback
- push the hiring process along, keeping all relevant parties involved
- offer your perspective to help Management make the right hiring decision
- run pre-employment checks
- extend and negotiate offers of employment
- assist in the employee onboarding process
This role has the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the HR department.
Qualifications
This lets us know you're up for the job
- minimum of 3-5 years recruitment experience for roles in Engineering, Sales, and Project Management
- experience in the automation or material handling industry would be fantastic
- ability to work in a hybrid work environment (work location is 101 N Paragon Drive, Romeoville, IL 60446)
- you enjoy a fast-paced, startup culture environment
