Job Description

As a Warehouse Administrator at Movu Robotics, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse activities. You manage inventory controls, oversee order processing and shipping, and guarantee timely delivery of equipment to clients and production. Collaborating closely with warehouse and shipping colleagues, you adopt a hands-on approach to maintain seamless workflows.

  • Manage inventory controls (Weekly based) and ensure accurate tracking of all outgoing warehouse products.
  • Makes sure that clients or production gets the equipment on time.
  • Oversee the processing and shipping of orders (outbound).
  • Works closely with the shipping and warehouse colleagues (hands on).
  • Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, supply chain and customer service, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform routine inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate regular (weekly based)  reports to the warehouse manager.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move objects
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, and/or bending.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
