Job Description

As a Product Manager at Movu, you will drive the vision and strategy of one of our product lines, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market needs. Your role will encompass conducting thorough market research, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the product development lifecycle from conception to launch in close collaboration with the tech lead. You will act as the glue between R&D, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, ensuring all product initiatives support the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

· Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the product, integrating short-term objectives with the long-term strategic plan.

· Market Insight: Conduct continuous competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities ensuring the product’s competitive edge and market fit.

· Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison across R&D, sales, marketing, project execution, service, commissioning, and C-Level executives.

· Product Development Oversight: Define user stories and oversee the product backlog. Monitor ongoing development projects, adjusting strategies based on real-time feedback and market changes in close collaboration with the R&D product tech lead.

· Stakeholder Communication: Communicate transparently and frequently with all stakeholders, providing updates on product performance and strategic shifts.

· Support for Sales and Marketing: Equip sales and marketing teams with the necessary product knowledge and competitive insights to market and sell the product effectively.

· Financial and Business Planning: Develop and analyze business cases for new product features or changes, assessing financial impact and market potential.

· Legal and Compliance: Ensure the product complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and manage patent assessments and filings.

Requirements:

· Education and Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

o Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in Logistics Automation.

Skills:

o Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Proficient in project and stakeholder management.

Knowledge:

o Deep understanding of market research, data analysis, and product lifecycle management.

o Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.

 Abilities:

o Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate among multiple departments.

o Strong leadership capabilities to drive product strategies and initiatives.

Other:

o Willingness to travel as required.
