- Offers and puts in place after-sales service contracts
- Follows up internally that Movu adheres to the after-sales service contracts (e.g. timely execution of maintenance, spare part service, etc.)
- Proactively and effectively approaches existing and potential (installed base) customers to generate new sales.
- Is responsible for the independent processing of inquiries from customers
- Is responsible for the preparation of clear quotes and monitors the progress
- Reports relevant customer data in the CRM
- Provides appropriate after-sales support to customers
- Produces regular and accurate reports in accordance with company’s standards to keep his/her manager informed on the sales results
- Monitors customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
- You feel comfortable in front of customers
- You have worked a few years in an industrial environment and has the ability to acquire a basis of technical knowledge to be able to discuss with a customer on the requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French and/or German is a big plus
- Open for travel for 30% of the time, mainly in Europe
