We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Helpdesk Engineer for software applications.
- As one of the Helpdesk Engineers, you will receive calls from customers, integrators and Movu technicians on site. You will support on topics related to Warehousing Software applications.
- You own the case and if you are not able to solve it yourself, you are responsible to gather the necessary information to escalate this to an expert in the matter.
- You are punctual in following up the calls & incoming emails.
- You monitor and follow the trouble shooting to the point where you can supply a solution.
- You analyze the calls in an offline modus for the purpose of structural improvements, which you prepare for our R&D department.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- You have experience in software support, preferable in a helpdesk function (or related), in a B2B environment.
- You can rely on an education in IT / Software or related.
- You are technically proficient, with an understanding that technology serves as a means for innovative solutions.
- Next to Dutch, you have a fluent knowledge of English. Any additional language is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a logistic industry is a plus.
- You have organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail.
- You have excellent time management and prioritization skills, and you're able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are stress resistant and have the gift to make a customer feel comfortable and helped, even in stressful situations.
