Job Description

  • Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow’ QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
  • Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with stow’ QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
  • Calculates and prepares service contract quotations.
  • Advises customers by phone.
  • Gives support to the service team
  • Follows up internet requests
  • Enters orders in SAP, perform the follow up and takes care of the invoicing.
  • Takes care of the commercial and administrative communication to customers.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • You have a few years of experience in administrative supporting tasks in an industrial B2B environment.
  • You possess a relevant bachelor degree.
  • You are a omputer literate and you can work with MS office applications
  • You feel comfortable of communicating to customers in Dutch , French and English.
