- Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow’ QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
- Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with stow’ QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
- Calculates and prepares service contract quotations.
- Advises customers by phone.
- Gives support to the service team
- Follows up internet requests
- Enters orders in SAP, perform the follow up and takes care of the invoicing.
- Takes care of the commercial and administrative communication to customers.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- You have a few years of experience in administrative supporting tasks in an industrial B2B environment.
- You possess a relevant bachelor degree.
- You are a omputer literate and you can work with MS office applications
- You feel comfortable of communicating to customers in Dutch , French and English.
