🎯 Your mission (and it’s a big one!)

You’ll be the captain assitant of the project ship 🛳 as Project Management Office Manager— steering complex intralogistics projects from kickoff to delivery.
You’ll assist the PM lead Manager, keep budgets and timelines tight, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll be the go-to person, the problem solver, the decision maker — both internally and with our clients.
If you love structure, challenge, and action, you’ll feel right at home.
 

What you’ll be rocking day-to-day:

  • 🚀 Right hand of Head PM,  you support him in his daily tasks and organisation
  • 📊 Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks like a pro
  • 🔄 Streamline processes to keep up with our rapid growth
  • 🤝 Be the link between departments & clients — smooth communication is key
  • 📂 Keep project documentation clean, clear & complete
  • 💰 Track financials, identify upsell opportunities, and boost project profitability
  • 🛠 Handle claims, contracts, invoices & variations like a logistics ninja
Qualifications

Qualifications

💡 You’ll fit right in if:

  • You are the kind of person who was born scheduduling things
  • You hold a Bachelorr’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering
  • You’ve got a experience managing international projects
  • You know intralogistics like the back of your hand
  • You’re fluent in Dutch & English — French or German is a big plus
  • You’re a people-first leader who gets things done
