Tasks & responsibilities
- First point of contact to the line management
- First point of contact for the employees
- Responsible for all questions related to labor law
- Responsible for monthly payroll in Auxilium
- Ensure correct payroll process
- Harmonize employees’ compensation and benefits packages
- Onboarding in alignment with our company culture.
- Responsible for drawing up the correct employment contracts
- Responsible for the induction procedure of newcomers
- Support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation...)
- Work in close collaboration with the different partners: payroll office, legal advisors, lawyers... in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law)
- Communicate with other central services (accounting, office management) and third parties (employees, car lessors) for the feet management (leasing)
- Recruitment of new candidates recruitment of new candidates
- Writing up vacancy texts + follow up in out ATS system Smartrecruiters
- Conducting initial interviews with hiring manager
Qualifications
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree HRM
• Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
