Job Description
- Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow’ QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way
- Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization
- Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with stow’ QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation
- Order management:
- Entering and managing orders in SAP, coordinating with the warehouse for deliveries for planning transport.
- Customer Communication:
- Creating order quotations and confirmations, managing inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and warranties.
- Spare part management:
- Ensure the safety stock levels are aligned with the demand and inform supply chain of possible deviations.
- Invoicing and Credit Management:
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, preparing credit notes, and following up on overdue invoices.
Qualifications
- You have a few years of experience in administrative supporting tasks in an industrial B2B environment.
- You possess a relevant bachelor degree.
- You are a computer literate and you can work with MS office applications.
- You feel comfortable of communicating to customers in Dutch and English, French is good to have.
