As a Mechatronics Test Engineer you will work on full electromechanical and mechatronics systems.
Your responsibilities include:
- Define and develop Verification & Validation procedures, work instructions, test scripts, and other documentation to demonstrate that the system is fit for its purpose and satisfies the stakeholders’ requirements.
- Review test procedures and develop new test benches if required.
- Document verification & validation results.
- Recommend corrective actions and obtain stakeholder acceptance of validation results.
- Log defects and issues found during V&V activities and track to closure.
- Prioritize project tasks to complete them on schedule while maintaining the quality of work.
- Collaborate closely and stay aligned with other groups, both within and external to stow Robotics
- Lead technical design reviews at various stages of the program lifecycle.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science or related fields.
- 2-5 years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing, automation, machine or aerospace industries.
- Hands-on design and/or testing experience of electronic, mechatronics or electromechanical products, subsystems, or components.
- Knowledge of and experience with V-cycle and testing procedures.
- Autonomous and a communicative team player.
- English is a must (C1 or higher).
- Eligible to work in Belgium.
- Mobile to Movu Robotics HQ in Lokeren daily (no telework).
