Job Description

  • Support the project management department ( 15 people - international )
  • 50% scheduling / resource scheduling of departments and subcontractors
  • Maintaining SAP platform
  • Project management support ( procurement, admin, ... )
  • Maintain processes and procedures surrounding a project
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Time Management skills, contact with different departments
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Technical back office function
  • A 1st workexperience ( 1 - 3 yrs )
  • Technical background ( bachelor / master ) or gathered knowledge after 1st experience
  • Knowledge of Dutch and English fluently spoken and written, French & German is a plus
  • Knowledge of excel, Powerpoint and Word
