Movu atlas
Maximise storage capacity for pallets
Movu atlas is efficient, fast and reliable and increases your productivity. The deep-lane shuttle system moves pallets in a specially designed racking system. On one or more main lanes, the shuttle moves to the correct storage lane and can change storage lanes without the need for an operator or stacker crane to intervene. The elimination of extra aisles means a significant increase in storage capacity. Movu atlas can be used in a temperature range from -25°C to +45°C.

Configurable storage density
Movu escala is a scalable, fully automated, robotic goods-to-person system for order fulfilment. Movu escala is designed for double-deep storage up to five-deep storage. This means that fast direct access and high-density storage can be flexibly mapped in the system.
Thanks to its flexible layout, Movu escala adapts optimally to existing building structures. This means that you can also use storage areas for high-density storage where other storage systems would reach their limits.

Maximum storage space:
With Movu atlas and Movu escala, you make optimum use of every square centimetre in your warehouse. Movu atlas effortlessly moves heavy-duty pallets weighing up to 1500 kg, carrying them, directly to the loading ramps in the correct sequence. Movu escala automatically transports totes weighing up to 50 kg to and from the storage locations to the integrated picking stations. Both systems can be built up to a height of 18 metres.
Easy scalability:
As your business grows, Movu atlas and Movu escala can be expanded quickly and easily, either by extending the racking system or by adding more shuttles. So that you can easily meet additional demand.
Quick and easy integration:
All Movu systems are highly integrated and have only two interfaces, one for the software and one for the hardware. This makes integration with your warehouse management and warehouse control system easy.
