Automated storage with Movu's ASRS solutions drives Clarebout logistics:
Systems for production supply and dispatch zone
In today's competitive food industry, efficiency and accuracy are paramount. For producers of chilled and frozen products, automated storage and retrieval systems and warehouse robotics are becoming a game-changer. These fully automated warehouses are kept at a constant temperature of -20 °C. This ensures the highest quality and safety standards for chilled products.
That’s why Clarebout, a leading global manufacturer of frozen French fries, optimised its production supply and chilled dispatch areas with the help of three automation solutions from Movu.
Keeping it cool in cold storage
The pallets with the frozen French fries are buffered in the Movu atlas 24 hours around the clock. The system has a capacity of 600 pallets per hour and ensures that the trucks are loaded as per the order.
Clarebout has 36 Movu pallet shuttles in the 14-metre-high system ensuring that the trucks are loaded as per the order after an hour at the latest.
